Citizens Fire Academy

Animal Registration Fees

Impact fees are paid at the time a building permit is issued and can be paid at the Development Services Department located on the first floor of City Hall located at 385 South Goliad.

City and School Taxes can be paid at the Central Appraisal District, 847 Justin Rd. - (972) 771-2034. Country Taxes can be paid at the Rockwall County Tax Office, Historic Courthouse - (972) 204-6130.

Traffic Tickets

Water Bill
Utility payments can be made in person, drop box, drive up tube and mail. The Utility Billing Department is located on the first floor of City Hall at 385 S. Goliad Street, the drop box and drive up tube are at the north end of the City Hall parking lot. In addition to paying in person, we also offer you the ability to pay your City bill on-line. Call (972) 771-7736 with questions, payment cannot be taken over the phone.
