The Office of the City Secretary believes in being responsive to our citizens with professional knowledge, enthusiasm and timely service. CONTACT INFORMATION When requesting open records/public information, members of the public are strongly encouraged* to submit written requests electronically utilizing the online submission portal (not via sending an e-mail). Doing so will ensure requests are routed to the appropriate department and responded to in the most expeditious manner.
