About

The preservation movement involves more than saving our historic buildings. Economic growth, urban revitalization and the creation of new jobs are all vital issues Main Street addresses through rehabilitation of historic structures. The mission is accomplished by utilizing a comprehensive approach known as the four point approach: design, promotions, organization and economic restructuring.

The mission of the Rockwall Main Street Advisory Board is to create an inviting, historic downtown district that serves as a center for recreational, economic and cultural activity for residents and visitors of downtown Rockwall utilizing the four point approach of organization, promotions, design and economic restructuring.
